Discipline

One of my friend who is a teacher, is  very  strict on discipline. One day he scolded a female child on talkativeness. She was 13 years of age. She began to cry minute to minute.But talkativenesses  was not over. Here I understood the discipline lesson was not parallel to the child’s age.
